Casket Kit


Our caskets are extremely easy to assemble using very few simple hand tools or battery powered tools The work consists mostly of installing screws, a bit of hammer work with small finishing nails and brads, and sanding. The more you sand, the prettier and smoother your finished casket will be.

Each casket KIT contains approximately 50 wooden pieces, each one clearly labeled in a simple fashion to facilitate uncomplicated, step-by-step assembly. You will have all screws, nails and hardware necessary as well as glue, sanding blocks, and the finest instructions possible to make construction a breeze.

The only tools needed to build a beautiful pine and cedar casket from the carefully precut pieces of your kit are a screwdriver (battery operated is nice), a small hand saw, a supply of sandpaper, a hammer and very little if any more. Just a willingness to have some fun while doing something which is both satisfying and which will save you a great deal of money.

The shipped or delivered casket arrives in compact form, in a cardboard box which occupies only about 7 inches of depth and 2 feet of width and about 6 1/2 feet long, easily stored in a garage or under your bed.
